Welcome to the STEP West of England booking form.

To register, simply:

  • Have your membership number to hand;
  • Complete your basic personal and address details;
  • Press submit.

You will then receive an automated confirmatory email with a unique reference number which should be quoted when sending your cheque in settlement. Please remember that this email contains a link to enable you to download and print the invoice, so do not delete it without doing this first.

Each seminar will be held at Exeter Racecourse, Kennford, Exeter, EX6 7XS however please note that the February 2020 'Need to Know Seminar will be held at Sandy Park Conference Centre, Sandy Park Way, Exeter, EX2 7NN.

Please remember that no late bookings - either by telephone or email - will be taken after the registration cut-off date, so please ensure that you register timorously.

STEP West of England Branch: Seminar Booking Conditions

Cancellations must be sent by e-mail to bostockt0@gmail.com at least seven days before the date of the seminar, and will be subject to an administration charge of £25. Any cancellation made after this time will not be accepted and the delegate will remain liable to pay the full fee for the seminar.

Substitutions of delegates may be made if details of the new delegate are sent by e-mail to bostockt0@gmail.com at any time prior to the date of the seminar. If a non-STEP member attends in lieu of a STEP member then the difference in fee will be payable immediately. No refund will be due if a STEP member attends in lieu of a non-STEP member

Speakers Notes will be emailed to members, at least one day before the event. These will be sent to the email address used when registering for the event in question. Therefore, if a Group Booking is made, the notes will be sent to that email address. It is therefore the responsibility of the person attending to the registration of the Group Booking to either print off or forward the notes to the delegates in question. No hard copies of notes are provided at any of the sessions.
